Windows 7 does not natively show the same ODBC drivers as Vista or XP. You will only find SQL Server listed in the Control Panel->ODBC area.

In order to install additional drivers such as those listed by previous Windows operating systems, browse to the following folder for 64 bit systems:

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe

Double click the file at the location above and you will get to the listing of ODBC drivers you are accustomed to seeing in previous versions. You can install the drivers and set up the DSN from this interface.
